All rental fees are to be paid in full at time of departure. Personal checks will be accepted 1 week before departure only. All payments and deposits are processed at time of payment. You must pay for your rental in full with cash at time of departure or Credit card 3 days before departure (Add 3% if paid in full with credit card)

Add $100 per day over 7 days. Except Holidays add $100 per day on top of the $650. Example $850 for 7 days of rental on a holiday.

What is considered a rental day?
Pickup on a Thursday and 11AM Return on Friday at 9am that is 1 day. So if you want to pickup the day before your rental that will be considered 1 day (24hr period is considered 1 day)
ADDITIONAL AFTER 7 DAYS $390*HIGH SEASON: There will be a 5-Day minimum (Call) during the HIGH SEASON and HOLIDAYS, however, fewer days are possible between rentals.
Prices do not include insurance charges or Tax.
(You must provide docs showing you have FULL coverage WITH Vin# of Rental Motorhome)

1 DAY IS 24HRS If you pickup early it will be due back early.

HONDA GENERATORS FOR RENT
2k Watts Ea or 4k Combined
(Need both to run the A/C)
$39 for 2 honda generators per day
Credit card will be authorized for $850 for each generator rental.
Deposits
Utah Trailer Rentals LLC requires a $500.00 deposit on all Travel Trailer reservations to hold dates.
This is due at the time of booking.
Dates WILL NOT be held without a deposit.
ADDITIONAL $750 DEPOSIT DUE AT PICKUP and can be in the form of a Check or Cash (not a Credit Card)
Check will be held and not deposited unless the trailer comes back with damage or signs of off road or pets.
The deposit can be authorized on a credit card and is due at the time of reservation. This deposit turns into the security deposit at the time of pick up. The deposit will be refunded within 1 to 5 business days of return, providing the unit is both clean on the inside and outside and no damage has been done of any kind. Copy of credit card will be taken at time of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
A $150.00 service charge applies to all cancellations with at least a 30 day notice.
* Twenty to twenty-nine days – 50% refund of deposit
* Less than twenty days – No refund
Insurance
*All towing vehicles are REQUIRED to have complete collision insurance coverage.
*Utah Trailer Rentals LLC WILL provide collision ($50 PER DAY) coverage and will not rent Motorhome unless you have insurance proof showing the rental vehicles Vin # attached to a binder.
WE CAN PROVIDE A OUTDOOR STOVE TO BORROW DURING YOUR TRIP! If available for free
NON-SMOKING:
All of our rental units are non-smoking.
OFF ROAD:
The Motorhome is NOT allowed off paved roads. Deposit will be kept if any evidence of off road use
PETS:
Pets are NOT permitted in any Utah Motorhome Rentals units. Deposit will be kept if any evidence of pets
PAYMENT:
We take all Major Credit Cards (Reciept will be emailed)
We take Venmo and PayPal
(Cash Due at time of pick up) or you can pay in full via Credit Card (3% additional fee).
